Nepalese Journal of Business and Management Studies (NJBMS) is the publication of Management Research Department, Saraswati Multiple Campus, Kathmandu, Nepal. It is a peer-reviewed, open access and NepJOL indexed journal that covers a wide range of research on business, management, finance, accounting, marketing, financial institutions and markets, local government finance, economics and other areas related to business administration. The journal focuses on high quality research-based articles within its scope from interested scholars and national and international researchers. The accepted paper for publication should not be published anywhere without the permission of the Editorial Board. However, the ideas and opinions expressed in the papers published in the Nepalese Journal of Business and Management Studies (NJBMS) will be of authors and in no way represent views and policies of the Management Research Department, Saraswati Multiple Campus and the Editorial Board. Authors submitting paper should comply with the author’s guidelines.
